Daddy's Little Helper Part II
>> Thursday, April 1, 2010
Daddy's little helper was on the job today, too. Today, she decided Lee just couldn't quite feed himself today.
At lunch, she pulled out the pretty shreds of purple cabbage from his salad and fed them to him.
Come dinner, she started by feeding him pieces of steak from his plate, the macaroni and cheese from her plate, then pieces of broccoli from her brother's plate.
I think she had more fun putting food in his mouth than feeding herself.
I love kids... they make life worth live-en, or work worth going to.
While it's always a hoot to share your kid's dinner, my MIL would remind me at that point that that's how women get fat.
Which is why my MIL and I don't really get along. That and the constant reminder that she knows more medicine than I do.
Kudos to my MIL, then, since she'd never do that.
And she wasn't feeding me. :)
I know she wasn't feeding you. But if my MIL was there, she'd find a way to make it a dig at me. Promise.
I promise that, if she makes a dig at you on the off chance she's ever present while Roxy is feeding my husband, I will tell her to get a life.
She's growing up way too fast! And too cute, as well.
