I know, I've been AWOL, but I'm not going to apologize. Last week was another late-night-at-the -office weeks so I took advantage of a brief lull and spent the weekend (and Monday, which my kids had off) at home with the family. Doin' nothing but family stuff. Cuddling up to the hubby, playing with some of the worlds cutest children, not worrying about any obligations for a few days.
As I come off that blissful retreat, it might take a few days to get entirely back into the swing of things.
But, hey, a girl's gotta have her priorities.

Sounds like fun...definitely got to make time for the wee ones while they are still wee ones; it goes so fast!
We've been out pontoon boat shopping (like I have time for this!) Haven't found one yet.
Never apologize for spending time with your kids. Or alone in your bathtub.

I am with ya there... life does get busy and priorities must be followed.
I'll be here if you took off 3 months... hek even a year or more and i would come back to read what you have to say.
Yeah, it's wise not to ignore your kids... one day they'll choose your nursing home.
